How do I feedback or make a complaint?
As a NextGear Capital customer we want to ensure we provide products and services of the highest standard. If you’d like to tell us about something that’s gone well or not so well, please provide details and we’ll be happy to listen. Your feedback is very important to us and allows NextGear Capital to improve services for all customers.
There are a number of ways to provide feedback:

If after contacting us you feel we still haven’t resolved your complaint satisfactorily you can refer your complaint to Trading Standards.
